Every engagement will include a style guide to ensure your organization can maintain the quality and integrity of the design once the project is complete.
TO QUALIFY
1) An established nonprofit organization.
2) A young or new nonprofit.
You'll need a high-level decision maker who will be the primary point of contact for the project. The decision maker will be involved throughout the entire design process and must be prepared to attend meetings (in person or online), ask questions, offer feedback and be the liaison between the organization’s staff and myself. For the project to be successful, it is crucial for the decision maker to be a partner in developing the timeline and keeping the project aligned with the organization’s mission statement and creative brief.
If your organization or point of contact is outside of the US, that's ok! During our kick off we'll discuss the best options for communication and file sharing.

DESIGN PROCESS
Discovery
We will have a kick off to discover your needs, budget, parameters, timing, and other logistics—and most importantly, we'll get to know each other!
Design
I'll begin the process with research of your organization and others like it. I'll also review the material given to me during the kick off.
I will explore and create 3 design directions. Once a direction is chosen we'll have 3 rounds of reviews.
Hand off
At the end of the project I will hand off final files and assets. During this time we will discuss if you will need continued service for the current project, or if you have other projects to kick off.

- 3 rounds of reviews/edits.
- Delivery of final pieces and style guide.
Final deliverables may include a logo, color palette, typefaces, business card, and stationery.
I will not be printing or producing the deliverables, but if you need assistance we can discuss this during the kick off, or at anytime during the project.
Brand refresh deliverables may vary depending on your needs. Refreshes may include a new or altered logo, site and online updates, and various online and printed material.

- UI/UX research and execution based on the site's purpose and your audience.

Other costs may include purchasing Squarespace or Wordpress, a domain, hosting (Bluehost and Hostgator for example), photography, hiring a copywriter, and fonts.
