WALMART | LIVEBETTER CAMPAIGN
LiveBetter is about finding ways to lead healthier and more satisfying lives. Walmart supports these efforts to live better with offerings we need to be successful.
LiveBetter is a Walmart initiative campaign to inspire and motivate their over a million employees to live better.
As one of the largest companies in the world, Walmart wanted to change their internal culture. We took a bottom up approach to reach our audience more clearly. The purpose of our work was to create a sustainable communication infrastructure to support a progressive transformation at Walmart. This would empower their associates to Live Better and become self-reliant in making independent decisions that impacts their health and financial wellbeing for themselves and for their families. Through an innovative approach that spoke to associates directly we encourage associates to use the power of their voice, tell their stories and become the ambassadors of change from within the organization.
I was privileged enough to be brought in at the beginning of this project. I was involved in the logo development and brand identity system creation. I worked on website designs for the LiveBetter site and their Shareholders event. Along with this were tablet and mobile concepts. LiveBetter had many moving parts. I worked with a great team to accomplish LiveBetter and the campaigns that branched off of this.
